The Ultimate CBD Workout Recovery Smoothie Bowl

Nutrition is essential for restocking your energy stores, rebuilding muscle tissue and improving strength after a workout. This smoothie covers everything you need to replenish your body, including healthy fats from almond milk and nut butter, fibre from maca powder and goji berries, protein from goji berries and protein powder, and vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients from powdered greens, bananas and cocoa. The star ingredient of course though is a nice helping of CBD oil, which is believed to significantly reduce workout related inflammation!
Ingredients
1 c almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 T nut butter of choice (almond, peanuts, sunflower seed butter)
Your preferred serving size of CBD oil which you can buy from our shop.
1 teaspoon maca powder
1 T Cocoa Powder
1 T Powdered Greens of your choice (optional)
2 T vanilla protein powder (optional)
Dried Goji berries to top
Any additional toppings like bananas, chia seeds, coconut flakes etc.
Method
Simply Blend the above ingredients together in a blender and pour into a bowl. Top with dried goji berries, additional toppings and enjoy!
***Don't forget to add the CBD Oil (the most important part)!
